Kristen P.E. Zarabozo grew up in Connecticut, and is again a current resident. She grew up in an environment where she was strongly encouraged to pursue her interest in the arts. In high school, she attended the Greater Hartford Academy of the Arts where she majored in technical theatre. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Theatre Production and Design from Towson University. She has worked in a number of production positions from entertainment technician at Busch Gardens to the assistant scenic artist at Syracuse Stage. She graduated with her MFA in Theatre Arts (Scenic Design) from the University of Connecticut in May 2020. She considers herself a person of faith and has an intense interest in pursuing work that focuses on making art that is accessible, truthful, inclusive, and playful.
